2023 8th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Internet of Things
Welcome to CCIOT 2023!
The 2023 8th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Internet of Things (CCIOT 2023) will be held Okinawa, Japan during 22-24, September 2023. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for the scientists to present their latest research results and perspectives for future work in the IoT and Cloud Computing field. CCIOT 2023 will include presentations in form of contributed papers, poster sessions, and state of the art lectures by invited keynote speakers.
Cloud computing is an information technology (IT) paradigm that enables ubiquitous access to shared pools of configurable system resources and higher-level services that can be rapidly provisioned with minimal management effort, often over the Internet. Cloud computing relies on sharing of resources to achieve coherence and economies of scale, similar to a public utility. The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical devices, vehicles, home appliances and other items embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and connectivity which enables these objects to connect and exchange data. Each thing is uniquely identifiable through its embedded computing system but is able to inter-operate within the existing Internet infrastructure.
IoT is generally characterized by real world and small Things, limited capacity, constrained devices and the consequential issues such as less reliability, security and privacy. Cloud computing on the other hand deals mainly with virtual world and has unlimited capabilities in terms of storage and processing power. Thus cloud and IoT are the main complementary aspects of the future Internet. IoT can benefit from the unlimited capabilities and resources of cloud computing. Similarly, cloud can benefit from IoT by extending its scope to deal with real world things in a more distributed and dynamic manner.

Review Process: The submissions will be firstly reviewed for the paper topic and paper length. If there is no problem, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. The reviewers will judge the paper based on the paper topic, coverage, innovation, integrality, literary presentation, technical depth and English expression. If the paper is accepted, notification of acceptance and review form with review comments will be sent to the author's contact email address. Only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.
The accepted and registered papers can be published in the International Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0804-6), which will be sent for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Welcome to the Beautiful Okinawa!
Japan's southernmost prefecture, Okinawa is a chain of islands with its own history as an independent kingdom and a distinctly subtropical climate, as well as the birthplace of karate. Explore the ruins and restored castles of the Ryukyu kings, and visit magnificent beaches and coastlines with an amazing array of coral and undersea life. Come for whale watching and dragon boat races, rare flora and fauna, and an island mindset that makes you forget the clock and follow the sun.
